- Adept at diagnosing and resolving both software and hardware issues, as well as escalating complex problems to internal teams, including software developers.
- Experienced in managing multiple ongoing issues, delivering accurate technical solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships, even in politically sensitive situations.
- Proficient in Linux-based operating systems (Gaia, Red Hat), troubleshooting network-related issues, and providing support for Check Point-based environments.
- Extensive knowledge of OS configurations (Gaia, SNMP, DHCP Server/Relay, drivers, Bonding, OS Backup/Snapshot, Portal/Bridge Mode, RADIUS/TACACS), clustering, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, PIM), and performance tuning.
- Specialized experience in VSX environments (Performance, Clustering, Bridging, etc.) and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in team settings.
