Manage day to day operation of the out patient hospital physical therapy practice. Coordinate therapists schedules, assist associate director with orientating and training new staff. Assist the associate director in supervision and hiring of clerical staff. Responsible for processing purchase requisitions. Provides statistical analysis and productivity reports. Serves a liaison to hospital billing department. Assist with associate director with program development and coordinating of in-services.
