With over nine years of experience as a respiratory therapist, I am passionate about providing quality care to patients with respiratory conditions and educating them on how to manage their health. I am also pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, as I am fascinated by the challenges and opportunities in this field. I believe that my skills and interests in both respiratory care and cybersecurity can help me contribute to the mission and vision of Texas Children's Hospital, as well as bring a diverse and innovative perspective to the team.As a RRT, RCP at Texas Children's Hospital, I administer oxygen and aerosol for therapeutic treatments, perform tracheal care and suctioning, communicate effectively with nursing staff and physicians, and document on the facility charting system. I also have experience in working with CPAP/BIPAP machines, concentrators, and E cylinders. I have developed skills in Linux, Apple Software, and iOS, as part of my cybersecurity education and personal interest. I am eager to learn more about the latest technologies and trends in both respiratory care and cybersecurity, and how they can improve the outcomes and experiences of the patients and the staff.
