At Wildlife HQ Zoo I started off in administration & was promoted to management, some of my management duties include: • Managing correspondence, complaints & queries. • Organise & schedule meetings with suppliers and group bookings liaisons. • Invoicing, tracking payments, deposits, cash handling, reconciliation & data entry. • Monitor team on a daily basis & organise staff duties & breaks to ensure compliance with the Award. • Prepare staff rosters & timesheets. • POS system operation, management & maintainence. • Training new staff members. • Conduct daily open & close procedures as well as balancing & counting float morning & afternoon. • Responsible for ordering stock & maintaining stock levels throughout the zoo’s outlets. • Liaising with advertisement agencies to create promotional material.
