I support my colleagues by creating whatever media assets they need in their training efforts, be they videos, 3D models, animations, illustrations, or other graphics, or branching into the unknown to tackle new and exciting challenges! I also have created stand-alone training products such as videos, eLearning courses, a digital newsletter, and the training templates and design standards that guides our department's development efforts.

As a small company with big dreams, it was often necessary at SkillQ to be a "one-man band" - we were often given a project or a client, and were expected to see it through to completion. As you can imagine, this means quite a bit of project management along with polished skills in writing, instructional design, instructional development, video and audio production and post production, and LMS administration. Our clients were the likes of the American Cancer Society, Citigroup, and Gulf Power, so they had high expectations for quality, creativity, accuracy, and timeliness, and we always delivered!
