§ Assessing future and current learning needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with the department head and SPOC’s.§ Determine potential of learning programs’ for future needs of the organization. Design, Develop and Deliver customized programs’ to meet organizational goals and individual professional needs.§ Developing programs with the blended approach (combination of Classroom, eLearning, Webinar, Gamification, virtual reality etc.) for various competencies as a framework.§ Plan and execute Fresher Training Programs, Orientations and Inductions.§ Assess Organizational Development (OD) needs of business and design programs.§ Plan and Manage yearly L & D budget and monitor on monthly basis, ensuring that spends are focused on driving cost-benefit and higher productivity.§ Responsible for guiding the team of Trainers and Coordinators.§ Developing Dashboard on the MIS and SMR decks (monthly, quarterly and annual). § Ensure all course documentation, materials and records are maintained and compliant through an effective control process in line with audit requirements and representing L & D in auditing. § Administrating Learning Management System (LMS) to monitor and measure all L&D activities (LMS – SkillPort, SumTotal, and Moodle).§ Design, review and delivering training on technologies and Soft Skills. § Build and administrate the Learning and Development (L&D) Portal.§ Build and administrate Feedback tool.§ Developing eLearning courses using Authoring tools (Camtasia, Captivate etc.).§ Taking part in RFP (Request for Proposal) discussions.§ Identifying and developing internal SME’s as a trainer for various functional programs through Train the Trainer workshops.§ Internal Branding and Marketing§ Manage Vendors and Learning Service Providers to provide high quality, cost-effective learning solutions.
