Tami is the Chief Marketing Officer for BIP Capital, leading strategic initiatives for investors and founders to drive market-leading outcomes.Before joining BIP Capital, Tami helped build the community for digital events at SaaStr, the world’s largest community of SaaS executives, founders, and entrepreneurs. Tami was the first marketing hire at Salesloft, one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups in the U.S. She helped lead the company through Series A to B fundraising rounds and pioneered the Rainmaker conference and early brand marketing efforts. She has also led Global Social Strategy for Women Who Code, previously the largest and most active community of engineers dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers.As a builder, founder, and operator, Tami has sat on both sides of the table at hyper-growth organizations. Her expertise is deeply rooted in B2B software and tech-enabled services businesses, from go-to-market initiatives to building process-driven, scalable, and repeatable marketing models.Whether at the startup stages, accelerating scale following a fundraising round, or delivering world-class strategies for an enterprise behemoth, Tami has an insatiable desire to drive an innovative approach that fuels disruption.Tami graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree. She was a four-year NCAA D1 tennis athlete, scholarship recipient, and McNair Scholar.Outside the office, Tami is an avid racecar driver, having completed training through the AMG Driving Academy. On sunny days, she works on her handicap on the golf course.
