My experience in the casino industry spanned from gaming to non-gaming including hospitality, PR and children's entertainment. Working in the promotions team meant that I was exposed to all areas of the casino which often meant that I was guest-facing.While working in this department I was able to expand on my writing, concept and analytical skills while developing strong face-to-face customer experiences.
