My experience in the advertising industry, both in a client service role as well as in a creative writing role has allowed me to bring a wealth of knowledge to the role as Head of Copy at Flume. My passion for people, learning about their behaviour, habits and insights enable me to creatively apply a compelling message for the brands and products I represent at Flume. My experience in the casino industry spanned from gaming to non-gaming including hospitality, PR and children's entertainment. Working in the promotions team meant that I was exposed to all areas of the casino which often meant that I was guest-facing.While working in this department I was able to expand on my writing, concept and analytical skills while developing strong face-to-face customer experiences.

As the promotions coordinator, I was responsible for the co ordination of all promotions Gaming as well as NonGaming including children’s promotions and draws.I assist in creating, planning and researching promotions.Coordination of entertainment events on complex such as live concerts, comedy shows and large scale events.
