As one of the few people who used Tessitura in the organization, I generate mailing lists and maintained a season by creating source codes, promo codes, and appeals, ensuring smooth operations of membership acquisition and renewal marketing campaigns.

- Administered three major projects with NT$ 7 million budget, which incorporated modern technology, such as RFID, motion capture, and 3D printing into the preservation, education, and performance of Peking Opera. - Drafted specifications to recruit qualified partners, monitored project progress, helped communicating the needs from different parties, coordinated with actors, directors, public and private sectors, and demonstrated successful outcome resulting in an additional NT$ 3.5 million to expand the scale of the project.- Launched promotional events, as well as organized touring trips for five project participants, to present the final results within budget. Presentations took place in Hong Kong Dance Company, universities, and high schools around the country.
