As a mental health coach with extensive experience in coaching and consulting, my focus is on combining research from neuroscience, heart intelligence, emotional intelligence and mindfulness to help individuals and families experience transformational shifts in the way they think, feel, and view the world around them. My goal is to help others to gain a deeper understanding of human relationships and eliminate the negative belief systems that get in the way of unlocking human potential and achieving greatness. I'm interested in working with individuals who are looking to become, mentally and emotionally fit.As a mental health coach, I look at the whole person and employ techniques such as Biofeedback, Reiki, Sound Therapy, and physical health in efforts to support my clients in an optimal quality of life. Through use of Heartmath (biofeedback) and person-centered coaching model, I am able to help my clients make small shifts toward massive change and alleviate the fear and anxiety that so often paralyze us and lead to a cycle of unhealthy behavior patterns.Over the course of my sixteen years in the mental health field and fourteen years as a professional life coach, I have worked from a whole life coaching model with adults to support them in creating new solutions toward advancement. As a coach, I lean on theory and innovation to support strategic solutions to set clients up for successful transitions. Career coaching, transition coaching, parent strategist, and interventionist are all part of the mental health coaching model to support individuals toward a greater well-being and life satisfaction.
