With over 20 years of experience in leading businesses, managing complex projects, and creating strategic partnerships, I am a business operations expert and a passionate leader. I've overseen Technology at a College and scaled a start up Cyber Security Company. I also founded Big Beautiful Life, a non profit honoring the legacy of my inspirational 12 year old daughter. Our mission is to provide comfort, community and resources to children in medical crisis. Since 2019, I have also been serving as a Senior Systems Integration Program Manager at OneCare Vermont, an accountable care organization that works with various insurance programs to improve the health and well-being of Vermonters through a network of healthcare providers and stakeholders. In this role, I oversee the quality and timeliness of services delivered by vendors and payers, and resolve any issues or concerns that arise. I also facilitate cross-functional collaboration and optimize processes to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives and system integrations. My role expires in October 2024. While I have been offered another position at OneCare Vermont, I am interested in exploring other opportunities as well.
