CurrentOvation is a Financial Planning firm operating out of Bristol with a focus on Financial Wellbeing - helping you to become happier as well as wealthier.- Digital MarketingI manage both the Ovation and Financial Wellbeing websites, adding content as it is created. From blog posts to Podcasts.I also manage the company social media pages - Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram, using these platforms to share the latest website content and team activities.- The Financial Wellbeing podcastMy main role on the podcast is editor and promoter. However, I also take on producer duties to corral the guys into the recording studio and keep track of topics to discuss!- Client Communications I design and send out a monthly Newsletter. This involves: gathering content, writing content, compiling a list of recipients, sending it out via email marketing software, monitoring relevant data e.g. open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate etc. I'm also responsible for sending out all other communications between Newsletters.- Corporate EventsOrganising our Connections Event. My responsibilities include: liaising with the venue to agree suitability and to agree the date, catering and cost, designing and writing the invitations, compiling a list of invitees, sending out the invitations using email marketing software, monitoring and updating a list of responses, producing name badges, setting up any banners, delivering a pre-brief to my colleagues on the day of the event, ensuring the event itself runs smoothly, delivering a debrief to my colleagues after the event, right through to processing and paying the invoices.
