- Works with global colleagues and clients/users to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.- Works with global colleagues and clients/users to investigate operational requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes/procedures, organization and equipment. Participates on the Board of Directors and contributes to the overall functioning of the swim team. Assists in providing a good working relationship between the business aspect of the club and the training of our swimmers. Is the parent liaison between the parents and coaches. Works directly with the head coach. Oversees all parent volunteers for a smooth execution of the clubs mission.
