Answer inbound calls and assist members with credit issues, explain benefits of their membership, and provide premium customer service to ensure good business relationships.

Handle customer sales and transactions, manage opening and closing duties, collections for past due charge accounts, prepare customer orders, maintain inventory, ordering and receiving merchandise from vendors.

Perform all general administrative duties including incoming calls and outgoing calls to customers, place parts orders, and process equipment orders through system. Teamwork with product managers and all departments to expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Cross-trained to work in other departments as needed.
