Manage and approve financial transactions on IU Foundation accounts; ensure adherence to foundation policies and donor intent; report on Indiana University Foundation Funds on a regular basis to keep the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance aware of balances and funding options.Review Payroll vouchers for accuracy. Process staff personnel action forms for all monthly and bi-weekly employees. Process position e-docs as needed for reclassified positions.Ensure compliance with payroll and timekeeping policies by notifying supervisors and employees of any discrepancies. Process termination e-docs.
