Handled all customer service needs via incoming phone calls including order entry, complaints, product questions, and up-selling/cross-selling. Within first year with Dentsply, I was given the responsibility of turning department processes into training materials for our new hires. I formalized the program including new hire guide, instructor guide, daily step by step agenda, assessments, and lastly the coaching/mentoring guide for once they asses out and are placed in their new role.In 2010 I was promoted to Executive and served as a Subject Matter Expert for entire Sales and Service team. Recognized as resource in best practices, problem solving, and ongoing peer training. Served as Inside Sales & Service resource on several cross departmental project teams.Proactively shares knowledge, best practices, and policy and procedure updates. Responsible for communicating system, process, and product changes to the team including new training material and classes if needed.Worked closely with management team to ensure program(s) met expectations of both organization and employee and also provided value to the customer.Assist in the interview process to help assess skills needed for role as well as providing feedback on applicant learning capacity and style
