About Tammy Robinson

Higher education stands at a critical crossroads and must be boldly re-imagined to meet the demands of our evolving world. Colleges are working tirelessly to support students in navigating a landscape where their skills are in greater demand than ever before. With over 20 years of experience as an educator, I am deeply committed to ensuring that our students have access to programs that help them upskill or retrain. It is essential for colleges to actively listen to students, employers, and our communities.I am dedicated to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment where students can thrive with fewer barriers. My experience in the community college system has shown me that these institutions provide the most accessible pathway for students to advance. I believe strongly in data-driven decision-making, especially in times of rapid change. While we may not always be able to predict the future, we can—and must—prepare our students through programs and courses that inspire them to envision their potential beyond their current circumstances. Together, we can cultivate the next generation of leaders who will drive progress and innovation.
