Planning and executing employee communications activities that deliver on Ericsson North East Asia Region’s business and transformation objectives. Focusing on helping connecting employees to the company strategy, business priorities through engagement initiatives, effective line manager communications and opportunities for two-way dialogue with leaders. Developing and delivering consistent, strategic and creative internal communication and engagement plan both for the broader audience and key internal audience groups.Supporting organizational change and business transformation through strategic communications planning and implementation. Driving the creation and implementation of change communication strategies, plans, tactics and messages that help managers act as change agents and shift employee attitude around change. Responsible for driving internal communications during crisis and continuity of business situations. Leading internal executive communications for the head of the region, proposing speaking points, story line, developing email, online communications and other collateral, including video. Equipping people managers with briefings and materials that inform and mobilize employees. Providing employee communications advice and support to leaders and people managers. Working closely with a virtual team across the region to manage and orchestrate all important internal communications aimed at creating favorable point of view among employees and stakeholders on which the company depends.

Responsible for internal campaign and news management, including ensuring important business insight and information is communicated to the internal audience. Managed and developed the organization’s internal communications channels (from intranet news flow to President messages including letters and video, to staff events including all manager meetings, all employee meetings and annual parties, and CSR initiatives). Built and maintained strong relationships with internal stakeholders to gather information for internal communications content. Provided content (pitching ideas, identifying leads) for internal global news websites and video programs as needed. Worked seamlessly with a virtual team to execute global and Greater China campaigns and initiatives at the local level. Promoted the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the virtual team.

Was one of the day-to-day agency representatives, maintaining a highly responsive and consultative orientation in all interactions with MNC clients including Ford, Airbus, OTIS, Microsoft, Dell and Hitachi. Wrote PR plans, proposals, news releases, feature articles, and other press and marketing materials. Suggested strategies for media coverage and followed through with the needed research and contacts. Worked seamlessly with other disciplines in creating integrated PR programs that exceeded clients’ expectations.
