I am a financial professional who has successfully transitioned to the world of operations, leveraging years of experience in both driving and analyzing financial results for multiple entities. My extensive experience in employee oversight and training has facilitated a smooth transition. I am currently responsible for bringing a software product, QuipWare, back to market readiness, which includes developing the team and the processes necessary to successfully relaunch.I am passionate about the customer experience. I grew up in the hospitality industry and have carried that drive for customer excellence throughout my career.
