I am a skilled business professional with over 20 years in this field. I am currently working as the Operations Director for the Damar Foundation, the fundraising organization for Damar Services. I manage the day-to-day operations as well as strategize and implement decisions made to raise funds for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. I am also the database manager for our Raiser's Edge software and supervise those that operate in this system. I am the liaison for the Damar Guild, a fundraising and event volunteer group for Damar Services.
