During my time at BB Direct I helped the company grow in many aspects. Increased employee size from 3 to 10 and nurtured and grew a reseller division. Involved in the hiring an firing process of employees. Helped negotiate and set up database vendor contracts. Incorporated and managed an online count and order system for direct mailing lists. Mentored new employees which included teaching them the online system, direct mailing list terms and meanings, and helping them to understand and fulfill the company's missions and goals. Used customer management systems such as Goldmine and Sugar. I was also able to double my book of business while handling all of my own sales, account management, and production.

I had many roles during my time at AccuData. I started learning the strengths and weaknesses of all of the top databases. I became familiar with using multiple databases to process counts and orders. I then moved to a team environment as a customer service representative. I was responsible for managing and growing a book of business, resolving client problems, and consulting for the best targeted lists. A few years later I became an account manager. Myself and another other colleague brought in $2mm in annual sales.
