CurrentUnique, stylish and infinitely-comfortable short-term rental properties with "Exceptional" 5/5 guest reviews:- This house could not be more perfectly located, within easy walking distance to downtown Wayzata and also a stone's throw from Klapprich Park & Playground and the Luce Line Trail. The owner has thought of every detail to make the house comfortable for guests (great storage/lots of hangers, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of hooks for towels, two separate living rooms, a cute fire pit in the back yard, etc...)! Could not have been happier with this house!! (Submitted Aug 20, 2018)- We were 10 people.6 adults and 4 kids under 7 yrs. The house slept 10! The bathrooms and kitchen worked well for us. It felt like a good home base during a 10 day stay. The big washer and dryer were also a plus. We loved the location and the neighborhood. We will definitely choose this property next time. The owner is the absolute sweetest lady and so accommodating. I always think that makes any place you stay well worth it. The house was clean, beautiful, bigger than expected, decorated, and the location was superb! A short walk to the lake! Highly recommend staying here. In a cute neighborhood above town and the lake, it was very conveniently located, well appointed and easy for my family and me to enjoy a long weekend.
