I am a former Sr. Sales Director w/Mary Kay Cosmetics. My unit consisted of over 175 consultants from all over the US. My job description:training consultants on product knowledge and marketing. I did earn 4 career cars-3 of those Pink Cadillacs during my career as a Sales Director. After 13 yrs w/MKC- I resigned as a Sr Sales Director to pursue a full time career in Real Estate.

I managed a 265 unit-residential apartment complex in the Raleigh-Durham area from 1991-1993. Monthly cash flow, marketing of the property, resident relations, financial analysis, monthly resident functions, and personnel management were just a few of the duties I was responsible for in my day to day routine.
