The processes supported include Buy to Pay, Invoice to Cash, Fixed Assets, Record to Report, Statutory & Tax, Travel, Payroll and Customs. GOF is tasked to drive standardization of platforms and processes which will deliver improvement in Quality, Speed and Cost.From 2012 - 2014, directed Singapore operations that supported 30+ business ledgers comprising 80+ resources on and off shore. Established operating goals with KPI in Quality, Speed and Cost. Collaborated with business and outsourced partners in continuous improvement in services quality and customer centricity. Key accomplishments were successful migration of operations to China and India outsourced partners and organization restructuring exercise. From 2005 - 2012, responsible for ASEAN countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam and Cambodia) operations that supported 40+ business ledgers comprising of 60+ resources in country. Key accomplishments were operations and organization growth in Malaysia and Vietnam and operations start-up in Vietnam and Cambodia. Responsible for plant finance operations which generated approximate US$40MM revenue annually and led a finance team of 5 members. Notable accomplishments were successful collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain functions in standardization of 200+ product nomenclature for GE/LNP and improving controllership metrics in transfer pricing compliance and inventory reporting.

Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) is a fast-track GE finance career program. The program is made up of short term internal audit assignments performed on GE businesses and functions across the globe. Pilot assignment was a Compliance audit for businesses in Indonesia. The scope covered the Lighting Business in Jogjakarta and Corporate office in Jakarta.

The Financial Management Program (FMP) is a very established global leadership program for GE to develop highly talented fresh graduates or young professionals to form a pipeline of GE Business and Finance Leaders. The program is made up of 4 job rotations and 4 classroom financial modules. Rotations were done in Aviation, Plastics and Energy businesses.
