#SALES-ACCOUNT- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results- Follow the online orders and pushing sales with proactive outbounds. - Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty#TRAINING- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Client Service - Learn and master Brand, product & savoir-faire- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms behavior- Follow the company’s policies, procedures and E-business. #ADVISING- Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories#IT TOOL- Cisco, SAP, RMS, Dreams, Oracle, Atg & Excel#CLIENTELING/DIGITAL/SOCIAL MEDIA- Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience over the phone and/or through written media (mail, chat, social media)- Participating in emailing activities, with the stores (French - Benelux and Switzerland) and clients.

- Monitoring all the orders and couriers and react if there is a problem- Answering client's questions through chat and communicate with them if there is an issue with their order- Making sure the restaurants are all operational- Reporting every problem to the main team in order to assess the efficiency of the processes and improve them if possible- Respond to customer complaints and provide solutions to resolve customer concerns- Additional responsibilities as required by the business

- Prospecting, coaching and networking the south of France for Walloon companies- Organization of events BtoB for the development of partnerships - Promotion of Walloon ecosystem- Welcoming and supporting French companies in Wallonia.

During 3 months, our teamwork had to build a business plan and presented our idea in front ofthe YEP jury. Our main idea was to open a soup bar located in Brussels, particulary in Schuman, the european area, for employees who want a heathy lunch.
