1.Evaluate technical request from customer to decide if the project is doable in technical level2.Design the product, including but not only 3D CAD, Frequency&magnetic system simulation, tolerance analysis, blue print & BOM list publish3.Keeping adjusting design according the NPI build situation, arrange DOE for Design validation and improvement4.Failure module analysis, to identify where the problem is, then co-work with DRI to improve5.Have business trip to US side to support technical discussion&presentation with costumer engineering team. Such as design review, process flow review. etc.
