Tana began working with children in 1999 when she earned her teaching certification through Gonzaga University. After working with learners of all ages in Spokane area schools, she returned to Gonzaga to study for her Masters degree in Special Education, which she received in 2014 via their Functional Analysis track. She has been a BCBA since 2016 and is committed to developing individualized, effective, evidenced-based treatment plans that focus on the strengths and needs of each child. She has experience in implementing early intervention and functional communication programs and is devoted to providing positive behavior support to children and their families. She is committed to supporting each individual’s attainment of a more independent and dignified quality of life.
