* Managing full cycle recruitment process* Preparation of the monthly and other periodical HR reports* Preparation and updating the policies, procedures and reporting to HR Director; guides, hands on support and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.)* Organizing interviews for appropriate candidates; welcoming new employees to the organization and organizing the orientation program for new employees and trainings, company events (all facility related needs of in house and outside programs).*Organizing all the other processes such as personnel affairs, training and performance appraisals * All payroll processes* Employee Relations In additional, manage the administrative activities / general affairs of the overall organization so that administrative staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
