Vietnamese National E-HealthCare Record is a nationwide system. It is a data exchange platform for all health care information system. Its aim is to implement "One person, One healthcare record" for all Vietnamese.This will be the revolution in digital healthcare era and will be the base to transform Vietnam healthcare system. I am in charge of:1. Identifying product features and functionalities.2. System architecture designing and implementation3. Technology stack decision making.4. Project management: development timeline, development cost and resource management.Impacts: So far, by choosing correct technology stack and correct way to implement the system, the development time and effort is just 40% in compare with original estimation base on traditional approach.

In 2014, Viettel ICT with more than 2000s employees, is one of the biggest software companies in Vietname. I started the role Director of Viettel ICT Technology Center from Sept-2015. My responsibilities include:• Leading the research and development (R&D) projects/activities at Viettel ICT.• Leading the Taskforce - group of 20s Viettel ICT Elite developers • Consulting, peer reviewing and giving acceptance to architect/ technology decision for new projects/products at Viettel ICT• Conducting the change in development process: Add automation Test, Continuous Integration to Viettel ICT projects.• Vendor product/technology assessment Directly work with several important Viettel ICT products as product lead/Solution Architect• Viettel Electronic Toll Collection: The RFID based ETC solution will be deployed in 17 highway routes in Vietnam in late 2017. • Viettel Real-time Translation Engine: Real-time Translate Engine base on Moses, an open source statistical machine translation system, this translation system will be used to help Viettel's employees to communicate with colleagues from the countries in which Viettel is investing to.

In charge of:• Requirements analysis, design and development of highly scalable C++/Unix solutions• Producing requirements specifications, architectural designs and interface specifications• Technically leading and managing teams of software developers• Peer reviewing of designs, code and test specifications• involving in technical recruitment steps for C++ positions.
