- Escalation point for IT Support Technicians, providing guidance and support to helpresolve complex technical issues- Administration of Jira and Confluence including creating projects, managing workflows, creatingautomations, managing users, groups, and permissions- Conducting thorough and detailed audits of internal systems, ensuring compliance, security, andoptimal performance.

- Providing support to end-users, responding to calls, tickets in Jira, and remote support sessions toresolve technical issues and provide guidance including installation and configuration of hardware andsoftware, network connectivity issues, and printer setup and configuration- Managing inventory of laptops and other IT equipment, including distribution, maintenance, andtracking of assets- Creating and managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and other internalservices ensuring appropriate access and security levels are maintained- Creating documentation for technical solutions and procedures in Confluence in order to maintainaccurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing among internal and external team members.
