• Coordinated a tech trial to assess a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Artificial Intelligence (AI) analytics platform’s ability in predicting the automation risks of jobs and generating adjacent career pathways for workforce transition. Over 1,500 aggregated workforce data spanning various roles and seniority from 5 job families across the public service and 1 agency were curated and analysed for the trial.• Partnered with public sector agencies to drive the SGUnited Jobs and Skills effort, from curation of new job and traineeship opportunities, coordination of publicity and recruitment efforts to expedite placements, to data tracking and analysis for reporting. Over 1,000 jobs and traineeship positions for the agencies under my account were reviewed and offered to date. • Facilitated a 6-month Data Analytics Professional Conversion Programme (DA PCP) with NUS-ISS to upskill public officers to undertake an expanded role or job in DA. More than 50 public officers have graduated from the programme, 70% of which have transited into and/or are currently in a DA role.
