Using techniques derived from organisational development, social anthropology and behavioral psychology, we can work with organisations to design, test and implement change processes. We assist executives, managers and their teams to manage the inevitability of change, shaping systems and embedding culture and in working with groups and individuals within these systems using a design approach, creating business artifacts and stories, coaching and other techniques so that it makes sense and begins to create a legacy on which to build into the future. We can also assist organisations to review and redesign their regulatory and compliance systems and statutory obligations, run organisational health checks and other projects.

Supporting Epi-Use where needed to create a positive and constructive design and change environment for their clients who are adopting SuccessFactors. I work closely with the client to understand their specific business and cultural needs, what success looks like for them and provide guidance and coaching or even a roadmap to get the best outcome for that business.
