Zeitgeist Consulting offers organisational development, change management, policy and procedure development and staff training solutions for private, public and not for profit organisations.
We work with organisations to help them understand their people, the systems in which they work, the processes that they will need to embrace change and identify how change will impact on them.
By using a suite of tools and approaches, we involve management and staff in the end to end change process - from design, communications, implementation and embedding processes.
Our experience shows that if people understand why the change needs to occur and have an opportunity to share their experience and ideas, they will more readily accept that change.
If organisations fail to bring their people with them on the change journey, they are inevitably doomed to resistance and antagonism, delays, cost overruns and unnecessary angst.
