• Managed NYS OTDA grant-funded program assisting low income individuals obtain training, new employment and advancement opportunities in locally high demand occupation fields with a 3 year performance based operating budget of over 1 million dollars• Maintained caseload of up to 100; Completed all administrative duties related to grant – intake/eligibility determinations, billing and payment vouchers, data base design and management, monthly/quarterly grant reports, employment verifications, correspondence, file management• Utilized innovative marketing and enrollment strategies to leverage resources and maximize milestone award payments for agency receiving revenue totaling over $700, 000 as result of efforts• Received excellent audit reviews; Exceeded program outcomes in the areas of credential attainment, job entry and 90 day retention. Program refunded two additional years due to success
