I ensure payments and receipts for operational and client transactions are processed timely, accurately within daily cut off times and deadlines. As a Team Lead, I am responsible for manage the employees and all the work related to finance and payment operations. My job includes, but is not limited to:• investigating and clearing queries in a timely manner, • provide update and escalations of queries internally and externally, • keeping stakeholders informed of any issues or difficulties,• proactively research new payment methods and solutions aiming to achieve more streamlined process and/or improved vendors experience,• planning cash receipts and expenditures,• communication with the banks, preparation of reports in accordance with the prescribed legislation and the needs of the Management Board.
