As an experienced leader in the NGO sector and a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, I have made significant contributions to the development of youth policies and organizations in Croatia and EU. My career spans various impactful roles, from founding and leading Impress NGO, where I led initiatives to enhance the lives of young people, to serving as the President of the Advisory Council on Youth for the Government of the Republic of Croatia, where I influenced national youth policies at the highest level.My deep commitment to sustainable development is reflected in my leadership at Brana Dar d.o.o., a green energy company where I managed investments in renewable energy projects and applied organizational psychology to enhance company performance. However, a significant focus of my work has been at TaDu j.d.o.o., a company I co-founded to drive innovative approaches in research, investment, and advocacy. At TaDu, I played a crucial role in shaping strategies that integrate entrepreneurial thinking with impactful social initiatives, positioning the company as a leader in both business and social development.Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Psychology while also completing a specialized program in Entrepreneurship and EU Funding. I am passionate about driving positive change through strategic leadership, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of both the public and private sectors. My goal is to continue shaping the future of youth advocacy, NGO development, and sustainable business practices as I advance in my academic and professional journey.
