I am an HR consultant, talent specialist, executive, and tech recruiter. What gives me great pleasure is finding the ideal match and fit between the company and the candidate based on their knowledge, skills, abilities experience, and cultural add to the company's environment. What i enjoy especially are projects where I am able to look beyond resumes and uncover whispering talents.I have always had a strong sense of curiosity and a desire to discover new things. This characteristic enabled me to find my calling already in my studying years when I began my career in HR. My work style involves always finding new approaches and making my work process simplified with the use of excellent information technology solutions.So far my numbers show an excellent track record of successfully completed projects of search and selection of talents. However, I consider my greatest accomplishment the way I build relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Being trustworthy, honest, and professional is my guiding concept which is in my opinion the key to my success.
