Cian is a high-tech platform for buying, selling, and renting real estate across the country, comparable to Zillow in Russia.From the hiring side, I led Machine learning and Data teams. One notable example is the "Search by Photo" feature: usually, finding the perfect "bright and cozy with a beautiful view" requires sorting through countless listings and reviewing thousands of photos, as standard filters often fall short. Now, users can upload any photo or image from the internet, and Cian will find suitable apartments from the current listings database.For this project, as well as other machine learning-related projects at Cian, I hired over twenty engineers: Python Backend Developers, ML and MLOps Engineers, CV Engineers, DWH and Data Engineers. In addition to this, I also filled positions for Frontend Developers and QA Engineers.I successfully established a standardized interview process for Python developers across all teams.

Delivery Club is often compared to DoorDash and is one of the leading food delivery platforms in Russia.I joined the project during a dynamic phase of rapid growth, securing new investments, and transitioning to a modern tech stack. My role was to spearhead the recruitment of backend (PHP, Go), frontend (Angular/React) developers and Data Engineers.One of the most interesting challenges we faced was the need to hire 50 senior developers in just 43 days. How did we we manage to achieve this?We experimented a lot with the recruitment funnel at every step: – Refined the messaging about our technical brand and employee values, presenting them to candidates in new, improved message templates.– I played a key role in creating a 20-minute screening process for various streams, ensuring it was both informative and concise.– We established specialized interview teams for each tech stack and, together with our engineers, standardized the technical interview tasks. This included developing live coding and system design cases, as well as creating structured feedback forms for easy completion by engineers.– We also set clear feedback SLAs at every stage to ensure a smooth candidate experience.– Additionally, I crafted a concise yet impactful company presentation for final-stage interviews, standardized culture-fit questions, and coached hiring managers on managing candidate expectations during the process.– We focused on scalability, ensuring new interviewers and team leads could be onboarded quickly and integrated seamlessly into the process.

What sets each club in the network apart is its thoughtful and efficient layout, modern and safe equipment, a wide variety of group classes, qualified trainers, and a personalized approach to each client.As a Recruitment and adaptation manager, I conducted the full recruitment cycle for the sales and marketing teams.I managed the employee adaptation process, conducted welcome trainings, and enhanced onboarding procedures for sales managers.I developed, proposed, and implemented a referral bonus system that remains in effect to this day.

Detsky Mir is a leader in the market of children's goods. With over 75 years of history, the Group operates 1,123 stores across 442 cities and towns in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus. Detsky Mir offers a diverse assortment of around 250,000 SKUs of children’s goods, priced in the medium range. As a recruiter, I managed bulk recruitment across several regions, hiring for various roles including cashier, warehouse worker, merchandiser, shop assistant, and security guard.I actively posted job ads on professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms, ensuring wide visibility across diverse channels. I conducted thorough phone interviews, evaluating candidates not only on their skills but also on their cultural fit and potential for growth within the company. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, including store and territory managers, was key to aligning recruitment strategies with business needs. This close collaboration allowed me to anticipate staffing challenges and proactively address them, ensuring that each team was fully staffed and operational.In addition to my recruiting activities, I was a part of our initiative to strengthen the connection between the back office and retail locations, my team organized a program where administrative staff spent a day working in our stores as sales associates. This unique opportunity allowed office employees to directly interact with customers and gain a firsthand understanding of the day-to-day operations on the frontline.
