• Assisting the managing director in day-to-day marketing activities • Worked closely with the sales team to ensure marketing plans were being executed seamlessly • Work closely with sales team to brainstorm for marketing and promotional activities to meet monthly sales target• Conceptualize new CRM plans to maintain and grow customer database• Conduct weekly competitor analysis and market research• Handled customers query via phone and all social media • Work closely with all media channels for publicity• Assist on ad-hoc duties and business support to managing director

- Coordinating events/ workshops/ seminars/ roadshows. (E.g. sourcing and setting up of venues, refreshments and foods for attendees, products display, Logistics arrangement etc)- Planning & execution of new products launches, seminars, product carnivals, gala dinner, fashion show and award recognition events for up to 1000 pax.- Sourcing for suitable event venues, arrangement of hotel and flight details.- In charge Business Leaders’ accounts; providing support & advice (including training) to them in achieving their targeted sales volume, propose and report to higher management for training for distributors.- Preparation of presentation materials.- Assist in generate marketing and communications collaterals - Coordinate travel incentive program / travel booking and arrangements .- Compile information, data and feedbacks into reports for events and network development.- Manage social media platforms.- Coordinates and manage appointments, meeting, travel itineraries & schedule of HODs. - Provide administrative support, eg. Minutes taking, travel booking, office maintenance .
