• Handled Employee Relations (Hire to retire life cycle) for two regions of Mumbai (Mumbai Central and Mumbai North) along with Salary, TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies and Club) and GBG (Government Banking Group) for entire Greater Mumbai Zone after August 2016.

• Handled Employee Relations (Hire to retire life cycle) for all businesses of Madhya Pradesh till August 2016 including Retail Banking, Rural Banking,Commercial banking etc.• Accountable for management of about 220 branches and other offices consisting of more than 2500 employees and their compliance with Labour Laws.• Key responsibilities include Manpower planning, handling employee relations issues, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, grievance handling etc

• Worked on Business Intelligence Project for a leading UK based telecom Company• Experience of working on softwares called Informatica and Ab-Initio ( Business Intelligence and Data-warehousing)
