My relationship with yoga seven years and I have been devoted to sharing the teachings for one year.In that time, yoga has grown from a purely physical experience to a holistic reintegration with my heart...it has become a means for mental clarity,emotional stability,life's purpose and spiritual path.I am a combination of Traditional yoga and Western yoga the traditional things I have learned from Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna during my Bachelor degree in yoga.Altough my western guru's are Natalie backman and Chrissie chung who guided me to the path of Tantra Hatha yoga this vidya (Knowledge) I have learned from my yttc in Tantra Hatha yoga.Recently I also get a certification from the yoga certification board ycb India as a yoga protocol Instructor ××
