1. Responsible for Induction/Orientation of New joiners for all branches in Pune location.2. First point of contact for new joiners for clearing all their doubts and questions related HR policies, Payroll, Onboarding, New Joiner Orientation/Induction Program etc. 3. Familiar with Case Management/Ticketing tool called Service Now and HRIS tool called Workday. 4. Liaising with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of Induction sessions. 5. Responsible for sharing Structured reports, Ad-hoc reports with stakeholders. 6. Planning and executing day to day delivery tasks, working with onsite team closely on key deliverables.

• Responsible for Hire to retire Process, Employee Lifecycle Management.• Employee Onboarding, Exit Management, Contingent Workforce Management (Contractors)• Employee Data Management such as Internal Transfers, Promotions, International Transfers• Responsible for HR Operational processes such as Leave and Absence, TPP Bonus, LMS, Employee Data changes, Reporting, Access rights etc.• Familiar with using case management tools (Service Now and Sales force ticketing tools)• Familiar with HRIS tools like SuccessFactors and Workday
