Navaagat is a student-run non-profit organization working towards bringing about a change in the lives of the underprivileged with a blend of sustainability with employing various unconventional methods. Started in 2017 by a group of sophomore year college students, Navaagat has spread its domain in the fields of swachhta and financial inclusion & literacy. Our motivated team at Navaagat works hard to eliminate the plaguing social elememts in our society with the ultimate aim to build a socially sustainable enterprise.Work experience under Navaagat:1) Associated with the organization from its very conception and played integral roles in the planning and execution of our three main projects. (Details of projects on website)2) Headed the Marketing and PR Department. 3) Set up and managed various stalls at different colleges to provide a market for organic soaps manufactured by dropped-out-of-school girls under Project Dakshta.4) Organized a number of donation drives5) Headed the creation of a financial literacy module under Project Jigyasa.

• SWAYAM is a programme initiated by Government of India and designed to achieve the three cardinal principles of Education Policy viz., access, equity and quality. The objective of this effort is to take the best teaching learning resources to all, including the most disadvantaged. SWAYAM seeks to bridge the digital divide for students who have hitherto remained untouched by the digital revolution and have not been able to join the mainstream of the knowledge economy.Work Experience under SWAYAM:1) Selected among a group of 4 students from the college.2) Assisted teachers from DU, JNU, and IPU in creating 8 online courses in the domain of "Ethics".3) Managed the whole program in college and worked with the administrative authorities of the college for the same.

Bookademics is an e-commerce platform that enables the buy and sell of old books as its main focus. We, at Bookademics, aim to sort all the academic needs of a college student in a seamless way. We provide books, teacher-verified notes and guide books at a competitive price with in-class delivery. We generated a revenue of ₹1,50,000 in the very first semester of operation.Work Experience under Bookademics:1) Conceptualization of the idea ranging from coming up with a suitable and sustainable business model to creating a smooth supply chain network.2) Learnt inventory management, customer satisfaction and expansion concepts at the very ground level.

Work Experience under Enactus:1) Worked on Project Aakriti- Engaged the potter community in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi in the making of earthen composting pots that were sold to several households, thereby generating supplementary incomes for the potters and also taking a step towards a better, cleaner environment.2) Enactus Day 2018- Hosted many entrepreneurially and sustainability-oriented speaker sessions led by industry leaders from various dimensions of life. 3) Raised a significant amount of funds for Enactus Day 2018. (cash and in-kind)4) Collaborated with other DU Enactus societies.
