As a respiratory specialist, it was my role to quickly and confidently determine the appropriate equipment for patients. The medical equipment is very costly so maintaining a professional and clinic sales approach was paramount. This job required organization and proper sales pipeline management, as well as an ability to persuade hesitant patients.

As a new company, my role at UIA encompassed a wide variety of tasks, as well as laying the foundation to help cultivate a thriving company. Like any manager, I am constantly monitoring and providing tailored coaching to the sales team, helping them set and reach goals. On the administrative side, I am consistently involved in the hiring process. This role has taught me a lot about emotional intelligence and how to properly lead and inspire a team.
