I have been in the sales industry for the better part of 5 years. Once I decided to make sales my career I have never looked back. I love making human connections anywhere I can and that's what keeps me motivated every day. Working hard and efficiently is extremely important to me. I find that I am my best self when I have a daily routine that is challenging yet rewarding. At the end of a long work day, there is nothing better than to know you did everything you could to be your best self.I am also a big believer that we should not take ourselves too seriously. Too often we find ourselves stressing over the most insignificant things. Most of the time those small things we get worked up about won't be relevant in a few months. Humor has been such a big part of my life and I never hesitate to share that passion with everyone I interact with. This skill has served me very well the the sales world. Having the ability to make someone laugh or simply smile can go a long way. Lastly, I have found over the years that I have a great gift of adaptation. Whether that's in a social setting or extreme changes at work I am willing to be fluid in my environment. Adjusting to change or quick decision-making skills can be challenging but I feel this it one of my greatest skills and it has a great aid to me in times of change.
