I am highly motivated and value commitment to an organization. I have over 11 years in the construction industry while obtaining a Red Seal In Carpentry. I believe that working as a team to achieve organizational success is an integral part of operating a business. I have been a project manager for luxury custom homes for 8 years with a local home builder. In this role, I was critical to the design and customer satisfaction throughout each home. Asides from Project Management, I also own and operate a cabinet company that delivers cabinets across Western Canada. In this role, I uphold contracts and work with trade partners to ensure projects maintain budgets and are delivered to the highest standard.I have completed a Certificate in Business Administration and am working towards completing my degree in the same discipline.The skills I have developed through my education and work experience allow me to be a fluent communicator in a professional and detailed manner. Through the different roles that I work in, I understand the importance of each position in an organization. The structure and flow within companies are important at each level to the success of the business and relationships with its customers.In my spare time, I enjoy staying active spending time with family and friends. I believe community involvement is critical for a work-life balance and take pride in the coaching I have done at the collegiate-level football in Regina.
