I was a field sales bit hand in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays. I was assigned to service and sell PDC and Insert drill bits to operating companies. This job also included speaking with drillingengineers in office as well as representatives in the field or directly on location.

I worked in Pennsylvania in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays. My job was a field sales drill bit hand. I would service the drilling location with our bits. I had various jobs on the rig location in order to making sure our product would perform correctly. I made contacts with drilling engineers and drilling consultants. I eventually worked my way up to city sales position in Houston, TX where I then made appointments with drilling engineers in office. I would discuss and provided them with information on the benefits of using our products.
