I am a self-driven individual that is highly involved in the EMS community and in helping others. I deal well with high stress situations as well as resolving conflict in order for priorities to be well kept and managed. I have a high ability to learn, adapt, and overcome situations that I am not readily identified with. I want to better my future and increase my medical knowledge in order to have better outcomes in pre-hospital situations. Expanding my knowledge and education is my top priority. I am very well organized. I expect neatness and cleanliness in my work environment as well as my personal environment. I have a lot of self-respect and hold myself to higher standards so I can grow. I like to cause processes to be simplified in order for others to easily understand the certain process I am working on.
