In my time of employment at Charleston Bike Taxi I acted as a contractor providing tourists of the Charleston area with transportation throughout the city. I also acted as a lead dispatcher on busy weekend shifts with a high volume of calls regarding bookings as well as wedding service sales. In this position I learned the value of remaining organized while dealing with high volume of demand that was necessary in ensuring that myself and the fellow contractors I oversaw delivered the best service possible to our customers.

At Ocean Fitness I ran day to day operations while also handling account sales with local resorts and booking services. I instructed customers in all of our offerings; stand up paddle boarding, surfing, and kitesurfing. I hired new staff for the busy summer season and trained them in rescue techniques, point of sale operations, and teaching techniques to be used on the customers. I also managed all bookings for lessons and classes and sold and maintained account relations with resorts and property management companies in the area. I worked at Ocean fitness seasonally as the business hours allowed and had the opportunity to grow as professional along with the business itself. It taught me incredibly valuable lessons in life and in business at a very young age.
