As a current student at Pepperdine's MSRE (Masters in Real Estate) program I have and will continue to learn the financial fundamentals surrounding commercial real estate. This program has given me valuable insight into financial modeling, property valuations, exposed me to multiple software programs, and much more. This knowledge will give me a sufficient understanding of the real estate world and ultimately aid me in my future endeavors of becoming a successful real estate developer.With development in mind, it is important to note that I have a mentality of "continuous learning". I acknowledge that there is much to discover, and that is precisely why I am passionate about real estate. Driven by a competitive nature, I am always striving for excellence and aim to "find the best deal." This, combined with my genuine enthusiasm for the real estate field and my insatiable curiosity, which prompts me to ask questions and learn at every opportunity, leads me to believe that I would be an excellent fit for any company engaged in the daily analysis of multiple projects.Working in an role that will tailor to my commercial finance background from Pepperdine and my property management experience at Lincoln Property Company will allow me to bring value to any company who is looking for a young, eager, and hardworking aspiring real estate professional.
